Kylebenson.net gathers two types of information from its users:

We do not make and do not allow Google or Facebook to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Newsletter Service Provider and Your Information
As part of the registration process for our email newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Products and Coaching Services
When you purchase a product or coaching service created by Kyle Benson, LLC, your name, email address data, shipping address (for shipped products), and contact number will be stored in our Email Service Provider, Mailchimp. Your payment information is collected via Stripe or Paypal which will also store your name, email address, shipping address (for physical products), and contact number. What We do with Your Information?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may send you a survey asking for your opinion on how to improve our products or services.

Our site is a general audience website, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or provide services to children. Our site is not designed to attract anyone under the age of 13.
